This page explains how Whozon subscription works, what premium access includes, and how to manage your billing safely.
Subscription enables premium Whozon services and feature access tied to your account. Availability can expand over time as new premium tools are released. The only premium feature currently enabled is Text To Speech - which I have to pay Amazon Web Services for if it exceeds a specific threshhold. That feature will be available freely while I am testing it and seeking new users, so you can try it out and find out if its suited to your streams. At some point free TTS will be turned off in the future.
Thus the only real reason at the moment for you to subscribe is to help support the software.
There are 3 subscription levels:
Use the subscription area in Whozon to start checkout. Complete payment in the secure billing flow and return to Whozon to continue setup.
Confirm you are signed in with the intended Twitch account so premium access applies to the correct channel profile.
Reload Settings and verify that subscription status reflects your new plan. If status does not update immediately, wait briefly and refresh again.
Use the billing portal link from Settings to review invoices, update payment methods, and manage renewal details.
Replace an expired or changed card in the billing portal to avoid renewal interruptions.
Plan changes and cancellation are handled in the billing portal. Keep a note of your effective date and access period after cancellation.
Use the account removal flow in Whozon support/admin tools to request deletion of stored profile records for your broadcaster identity.
In Twitch connections/settings, revoke Whozon access for your account. This prevents future API access until you authorize again.
