Ban +/-MOD and +/- VIP buttons should now be working. I need to change the logic behind when they are displayed and until that is completed you might find instances where they don't work (because the option shouldn't be available at all). For instance if someone is a Moderator on your channel they cannot be a VIP as well. If someone is a VIP they can't be a Moderator. So both buttons should only be displayed when a viewer is neither of those things.

Added a timer bar to the top of the display below the Refresh line. Currently its red by default but when I get the chance to edit the Scheme Editor I will add this in as a configurable colour.

Emote Only, Followers Only, Subs Only and Slow Mode buttons are now working correctly. There is a slight delay before the page updates because it has to wait until the next cycle although the effects are applied to the chat room pretty much immediately. These settings should be retained and reported correctly if you close and reopen the app as it is checking for the status of each of these toggles on start up. I will work on getting this to respond faster though in the future.
